  • Non-refundable: All amounts paid to Tamuku, whether for our e-books, WhatsApp Alerts Service, or any other service, are non-refundable under any circumstances.

  • Transaction Issues: In case you believe there was an error in the transaction or you were wrongly charged, please contact us immediately. We will review the situation and provide assistance accordingly.

  • Service Issues: If you encounter any issues with the services or products you've received, please get in touch with our support team. While we don't offer refunds, we are committed to ensuring you get the value you paid for.

 

2. Cancellation Policy:

  • WhatsApp Alerts Service: Subscribers can choose to unsubscribe from Tamuku’s WhatsApp Alerts list at any time by sending a simple 'STOP' message to our WhatsApp number.

  • E-Books and Digital Products: Once an e-book or any digital product has been purchased and delivered, it cannot be canceled or returned.

  • Ongoing Commitments: If you've made an ongoing commitment (such as a recurring subscription), you can cancel future charges. However, previously made charges won't be refunded.
